Its no good to weigh yourself too often when dieting. You get discouraged if its not as much as you think it should be. Give yourself time, then weigh yourself. You shouldn't be loosing allot every week, that isn't how you keep the weight off. If you didn't loose allot the first week, its most likely because you didn't have allot of water weight, that's what goes that first week.
