The Amoxil alone will probably not be strong enough to treat the gingivitis.
Are you taking the antibiotics after food - this can reduce the nausea & vomiting?
It is important too not to drink alcohol while taking Flagyl as this can make you nauseous.
You should talk to your doctor / dentist if the vomiting is continuing.
You may need to be given a different antibiotic.
