Enoxaprin every 12 hours for 7 days. So when would be the best time to take my warfarin
At the same time Every day. If you wake up or go to bed at the same time Every day then that is when you should take it. The Enoxaprin is just a bridging agent until your INR gets to the level that your doctor wants you to stay between. If you cannot stay at the INR that your doctor wants then you may have to stay on the Enoxaprin or use Arixtra, Eliquis, Paradaxa, or Xarelto. You need to keep in close contact with your doctor or hematologist until you are stabilize on warfarin.
