My Dr. prescribed me 50,000 IU of Vitamin D for being deficient. My level is 27 and I have to be above 30 range. I've been taking it for 7 weeks now and I was doing great. No joint pain. This past week I have experienced tingling on my left leg and arm. I suffer from piriformis pain from my buttocks down to my leg. I don't understand why this pain would come back. I would assume I still need a little more time or perhaps I strained my muscle. My job is very active. I work in an office. I do pick up things from time to time but nothing too streneous. Was wondering if anyone experienced anything quite similar?
