after taking them for a month , I have cut to 15mg some nights
I also take it, 30mg at night , as you put it has worked well and have not experienced any potential side effects, but everyone reacts differently to meds (benefits, possible side effect, interactions, etc... ).
Remember that the side effects can and at the same time not be experienced, that does not mean the AD is not working.

I have been on this same med for over 7 yrs. I also take at night, mainly b/c it helps me sleep. I have experienced no negative side effects. It has helped with my depression some, and a big help with my PTSD. I also have anxiety, which I really don't think it has made much of a difference. My anxiety stands alone, therefore needs to be treated separately. I hope you have the good effects I have, and no bad ones. Its been a long time since I've heard anything negative about it. A little drowsyness is all. Taken at night, that ceases to be a problem. Best Wishes, Chelle
