... and my readings have been too low. I recently switched to 10mgs of amlodipine and 8 mgs of perindopril daily and the readings so far are in the normal range, 20 points higher than with the lisinopril. As the amounts taken of perindopril, ie 8mgs, and lisinopril, ie 40mgs, are both the maximum allowed doses, why should there be such a difference in effectiveness?? Thanks. Nick
