You should not take zolmitriptan with any other migraine treatment medicines including ergotamine and other triptans (eg. rizatriptan and sumatriptan). SSRI's (a class of antidepressants) lithium and monoamine oxidase inhibitors must also be avoided.

I would modify suzanne66 answer slightly. There are other medications that you can take as you can only take 6 doses in a week, maximum of 2 in a day. You would be able to take after using up your Zolmitriptan as an example, Fioricet for a day or more and then supplement it with DHE-45 after a 24-hour or more break from the Zolmitriptan to help with your headaches. You need to talk with you Neurologist and come up with a plan including timing parameters on how to attack your migraines. Best wishes.
