... flanks..probably the stone passing. His doctor prescribe cataflam for the pain. I'm a medical student and i understand that Contiflo (Tamsulosin) is better for relieving this type of pain and passing out the stone, he also suffer from 2nd degree hypertension, and he his taking antihypertensive drugs. I asked him to stop using Cataflam because of its side effects and the fact that he his hypertensive. Is it ok to take Contiflo given his above history? Thanks in advance
