I need to know what are the symptoms of kidney failure.
Signs and symptoms of acute kidney failure may include:
Decreased urine output, although occasionally urine output remains normal
Fluid retention, causing swelling in your legs, ankles or feet
Shortness of breath
Seizures or coma in severe cases
Chest pain or pressure
Sometimes acute kidney failure causes no signs or symptoms and is detected through lab tests done for another reason.
Hi, I was diagnosed with Renal Failure in Nov. 2017. Other than most of the things listed in the other reply you received, I would also add excessive thirst. This lead me to drink way too much.
I could not get enough fluids in me. Little did I know, but I was drowning myself because I could not urinate at all. I was diagnosed with Heart Failure due to my lungs being filled with fluids.
If you are showing any signs and have smaller or less frequent potty breaks,,, PLEASE DO NOT hesitate going to the dr.
As a result of the kidney failure I have had to start dialysis three times a week. All of this was due to a disease, Multiple Myeloma, attacking my kidneys.
I pray you are doing better and this is not an issue for you, but please have your kidneys checked out. Take care,
