I drink and have so for 20 years of the 27 years after my diagnosis for Hepatitis C... what should I be expecting as far as symptoms?
Wow so you continue to drink for 20 years after diagnoses . There's a few things that could b possible to expect . You could b still in the what they call the fibrousis level 1-4 . Which still has possibility that you can heal up . Or you can b in the cirrosis levels 4 & above . And really have a hard time .you need to get to your Dr and start fighting it. There's so many possibilitys that you could expect . And there's so many things to learn . That somebody with hep c should really educate themselves .. Bobby you really need to get into , what they call a hep c clinic . There's so much to learn I don't wanna fill your head with things you may not understand yet . Read about it , talk to your doctor first ..Don't give up . I've been fighting the dragon for over 15 years and they said I've had it for at least 30. Although after diagnosed I quit drinking totally .ive went thro the treatments many times . Just finished a new drug with 88% success and I'm doin fine . You can do it too .. Bobby all of us on here have been thru it except for a few medical pep . R here ta help ya your not alone . Ain't gonna lie to ya it ain't no picnic . Don't give up you can get healthily again, I did . I drank enough to sink a battleship . And shot more dope than a drug cartel . And I did it . Ill pray for ya bobby , A prayer goes a long way .
