Jaundice, fatigue, weakness, nausea, loss of appetite, loss of sex drive, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, itching, abdominal pain, ascites , edema, difficulty breathing, hepatic encephalopathy , bleeding of the gums or nose, easy bruising, extreme sleepiness, blood in vomit and/or feces, loss of muscle mass, enlargement of breasts (men), abnormal menstrual periods (women)... are some of the common symptoms of end stage cirrhosis. Although each individual is different and one does not need to have all of these symptoms to be "end stage"...
