And do I need to take anything else in conjunction.i thought a pre/probiotic was needed? Is Acidophilus only a probiotic ?
A good probiotic with a variety of bacteria should definitely help your bloating. Get one that has some Lactobacillus plantarum and/or rhamnosus in addition to the acidophilus if possible. Also note the number of active cultures. I like to have 20-30 billion active cultures per serving. Also have some inulin, a carbohydrate, in your probiotic which I believe is food for the bacteria so they are alive and active when you take them.
