It was supposed to be administered I.V.
Why do you think that happened? If the directions were followed to dilute it, it would end up with way too much solution to inject IM. We always get it premixed in 100 cc of saline from the pharmacy and it is hung piggy back to run over 15 min. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm saying she wasn't thinking if she did it.
