If you think about it, many things you put in your body have carcinogenic potential. Food dyes and additives, preservatives, plastic liquid containers that hold things we drink/eat etc. I wouldnt worry about a prep you take once a year. It would be very difficult to stay away from everything with carcinogenic potential.
