I find out that eating small meals truaught the day helps. Also taking sips of water after a meal instead of drinking it all at once.
I am on Verapamil for SVT. I have found I cannot eat meals, only snacks. Also hot drinks or any drink gulped down on a hot day. My SVT happens 2/3 times a month, my cardio guy says this is something I will have to put up with - I HATE IT. I try to lay flat with my legs on pillows, iceblocks on my chest and if it doesnt stop after an hour, crush half a verapmil in honey, take a valium and try to sleep it off. I wish someone would find a cure - -
