I don't know how it would put residue of the supp in the urine. What you're seeing is probably sediment, often seen in patients with catheters. The cath is laying at the bottom of the bladder getting the cells and crystals that lay there. If its alot or appears to be strands of pus, plus the urine is cloudy, he could be an infection.
