Verapamil, Diphenhydramine, Vasopressin and Adenosine. I'm am doing a theft investigation into these four drugs from a hospital. The charge is more severe if the drug is controlled by the federal government and needs a prescription to be obtained.

Why are the criteria for Vasopressin dosings categorized by Asystole, V-fib and V-tach? Should it not be for severe/acute phase hypotension and cardiogenic shock?
