I believe it is a 4mg dose. He has been (not from this facility) on 14-16 different medications and hospitalized 4 times, schizoaffective disorder, delusions senior in college very hard on him and family but wanted to know if you have seen prn before for this medication

states alergy or adverse reaction to most first and second generation antipsychotic medication except Trilafon but only up to 16 mg Trilafon. Can you suggest alternatives?

Schizophrenia - My son is on perphemazine real name Trilaphon for schizoaffective disorder with bi-polar depression only. Has anyone had any luck with this drug. He is, also on Cogentin, Lexipro, and Klonazapen (sp) for anxiety. I read that it came only by injection. Is this true? He isn't ...
