My daughter had a minor scrape on her knee 4 days back. She is 9 years old. She had her 2nd DTP booster when she was around 5 years old. Though the wound doesn't look deep, does she needs a Tetanus shot? Considering she had her DTP booster 4.5 years ago, is that enough?

..I was poked by a rusty screw and went for tetanus trweatment... having no prior immunization I am concerned. They gave a shot--one shot, of the Td. vaccine. Is that even going to help? I read you need 2-3 doses of that PLUS TIG (Immunoglobulin)
