... After the 4th injection I stopped because the pain was to great. Now the groin pain is 24/7 and is extreme to the point that I cannot even work. Nothing is helping. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks for any response!

I have had the 3 Supratz knee injections. My last injection was 1 week ago. So far no pain relief. How long before I assume there will be no relief and what is the process of the medication that it should take any time at all to exhibit results?

I got my 3rd of 5 Supartz injections 2 days ago.My knees are worse now than before.Why is that?

I have done everything the doctor told me to do after each injection... ice, rest at least 24 hours after. I didn't think it was possible for my knees to hurt more than they did, but I am even having trouble just standing up.

I developed DVT in my calf after arthroscopic surgery (meniscus tear) and was on blood thinners for 8 months. What is the risk of developing another clot at the same sight as the surgery with these knee injections of Supartz or synvisv? What is the risk of an embolism from the medication?

How many injections are necessary? Is this a lifelong treatment?
