celldept 1500mg twice aday , omeprazole 20mg once aday , sulfatrim 400/80mg once aday, prednisone 10mg once aday, citalopram 30mg 0nce aday, clonazepam5mg once adaycalcium 500mg once aday, norel/cyclosporine 50mg twice aday. had heart transplant three years ago. thank you

I cannot use Cipro due to muscle/tendon issues so my Dr switched me to APO-Sulfatrim DS. Is this strong enough for kidney infections? I'm hearing both yes and no and would like clarification. I've been having severe flank pain for several months now.
