Starlix doesn't come in a generic, is expensive and I don't have insurance. The company Novartis quit providing a patient assistance program. Is there another drug that does the same thing and comes in generic form?

My question is when should I take the Onglyza? I usually take the Metfromin after breakfast and again with dinner. The Onglyza is.5MG. I was previously on 120MG of /starlix 3 times a day with the metfromin
