Seroquel - Can Quetiapine ER be crushed/chewed and taken? Everything I read says NO.

However my psychiatrist said it would be OK to chew the 300mg ER tablet, effectively getting a higher dosage administered to help with sleep. I just take it at bedtime to sleep and was previously on 500 mg IR at bedtime

Brain Zap - Tried some anxiety meds like Zoloft and started having brain zaps…stopped taking them...
