Is it OK to take 1&1/2 pills of benadril 25mg as sleep aid?

I've been using diphenhydramine as a sleep aid, but the dosage seems to be losing it's effect. Can I increase it by cutting a pill in half?

Can I take sleeping medication with Champix?

Hi, It is my third day on Champix and I am unable to sleep, along with contant & rapid brain functionin (brains rapidly jumping between various thoughts)! Was wondering if taking a sleeping pill would help both issues, or at least my sleeping problem?
