Has anyone had weight loss with 150 mg of Zoloft, 5 mg of Ritalin as 2mg of Abilify?

We recently switched our 7 year old from Ritalin to intuniv and he seems much more anxious and depressed, just started week 2 and up to 2 MG and keep hoping he's going to adjust, but it's Saturday and he's already worried about school monday, anyone else have an experience like this?
