I am on my 4th day taking the pills (but on the lowest dosage/3.75) and my appetite is not changed AT ALL i.e. I am as hungry as I ever was (darn!) These pills were NOT cheap (as we all know) AND I have a lot to lose so when the heck does this stuff start working???

Has anyone experienced no weight loss during usage of the lower dose? And then when they increased their dose they lost weight? I've been on 8 days at the low dose and have had no curb in my appetite and I still crave sweets. On the positive side I've been in a great mood.
Once you go off qsymia if you continue eating eating healthy and exercise will you be able to maint?

Special diet I should be on? I eat about 1000-1400 calories a day alot of friut... nuts and protein I am a 48 year old female have controlled diabetes and high blood pressure. .. i have reduced my diabetes medicine because of my weight loss:-)
