Sleep Disorders - iam taking provochol(spelling) for high colestrol(spelling sorry) does it matter when i take this? do you take it in the morning, afternoon, or evening or bedtime. i take it in the morning is that ok? can this cause a sleep problem if i was to take it at bedtime?
