I had a pituitary tumor removed almost 4 weeks ago. But the headache still strong so they told to take Tylenol every 6 hrs, but now I have nausea so I took 3 Tums extra strength, like 20-30 minutes ago. My questions ... it's almost time to take the Tylenol again - should I take it now or wait ...

I've been told I should only take Tylenol before the surgery but I'm in a lot of pain. My surgery is to remove a pituitary tumor that is causing severe pain and nausea. Can I take anything else?

Why am I so tired? Eye lids get very heavy late afternoon. Some confusion and dizziness too. Was perscriped prozac originally 95' after having a pituitary tumor removed. I think 40mg. Per day and now Lexapro 20mg.
