Take lantus and novorapid 3 t?18-20 unit lantus in morning, 4-3-2 novorapid @ b.fast,lunch, dinner still sugar level changes from 303-50 ranges. Morning take Pioglitazone Metforfin M +500mg Tab.Will Januvia will be some help ? My h1bc. is 10.5 Can you help me ?
