Looking for an alternative to Lyrica for neuropathic pain control. Too expensive in Canada. Ideas?
Nerve damage, extensive, due to Muscular Dystrophy, causes extreme pain in lower legs and hands. Gabapenten caused seizures and I now take oxazepam. By itself, not enough, Dr suggested lyrica.

How long can I take one 50mg Tramadol per day before becoming dependent?
I've been prescribed Tramadol 50mg (Max 400 mg per day) for back pain. I try to only take 50mg as it does have a mild effect. How quick can you become dependent on this dose?
