Ogen 0.625 - Is Ogen more likely to cause hair loss than Enjuvia?

I took Ogen for years and years with no side effects. About four years ago I switched to Enjuvia. In the past year I've noticed hair loss that seems to be accelerating. I'm wondering if I should switch back to Ogen. I'm 75 and doing fine otherwise.

Does Enjuvia, Estrace, or Ogen really take the place of Premarin?

My insurance company is no longer covering my Premarin prescription and has recommended Enjuvia, Estrace, or Ogen as alternatives. Do any or all of these meds really take the place of Premarin? I'm 55 and have took Premarin since my hysterectomy 30 years ago.
