How much water is recommended to drink when on Phentermine? On day 5 and only lost 2lbs?

I have been drinking more water than I believe I ever have and on day 5 still only a loss of 2 pounds. Im eating half as much as I was and eating healthier and just not sure what it is that Im not doing right?

I started taking 30mg of phentermine about four months ago. It worked really well until about a month ago. So I went to the dr at the beginning of February and he up it to 37.5mg. Will the up in dosage work or is the body already immune to it?
