Which drugs should I take before breakfast and how long before eating?

Benecar htz, synthroid, limectal, lyrica, Glucafage,cymbalta,zocor,nuvigil,aromisin, vit D , vit B, Multiple vit,Biotin,vit E is morning Ok or should some be taken in the eve, with supper or bedtime?

I am an addict and I found that Lyrica at higher dosing has similar effect on me as pain killers?

I am now going to enter a drug rehab program(it's about time!)and I am trying to ween myself off of Lyrica. How can I do this safely? I took 75 mg of Lyrica 3 hours before my urine test and the test was to see if I was taking it. Should it show up?
