What should I do? I accidentally took my morning meds twice. I take Lexapro 25 mg and Strattera hundred milligrams daily. So this morning I accidentally took a second dose because I was tired and consumed 50 mg Lexapro and 200 mg Strattera. I have been trying to make myself throw up unsuccessfully.
