Can I take mirtazapine and Lexapro at the same time? My doctor said it would be okay. I am afraid of this causing seretonin syndrome?

What is the different if I start on a 5mg Lexapro and then later move on to 10mg. My doctor ask me to take 10mg, but it is causing me insomnia for 2 days. I slept 3 to 4 hrs each night. Should i start with 5 mg first then move to 10 mg when my brain can take this? Thank you in advance.

Lexapro - Was on 30 mgs of Lexapro and went down to 25?

I was on 30 mgs of lexapro for awhile then I decided to go down to 25 mgs and I think it was a mistake. Has anyone ever had any major problems going down just 5 mgs. What suggestions does anyone have. Thank it's been hard. But maybe it will settle down

I’m supposed to be starting on day 3 of Lexapro and I’m so nervous to take the next dose as I had such horrible but Brain fog starting Lexapro yesterday. It was so scary and I couldn’t even function. Does this go away? When? Any remedies? Anyone struggle with it?
