Should I continue Lexapro when I cant ejaculate?

I started taking Lexapro for a week now. I found myself completely can't ejaculate after a few tries. My doctor told me the problem might due to my psychological health and ask me to continue with the medication. Should I continue with Lexapro or change doctor?

Hello! Day 7 of Lexapro. Started with 5mg and now today I am on 10mg continuously. My question is more geared towards anyone's experience with weight gain. Would you say it's because your appetite is coming back? Or the medicine in general causes weight gain? Any input appreciated!
