Lactinex is a combination of lactobacillus acidophilus and bulgaricus prescribed for my husband (in the hospital w/ c-diff). He will continue the granules in nursing facility but I see no info on refrigeration, required for most probiotics. Does this need to be refrigerated? How long does the ...

I often have a very uncomfortable whirling wind feeling in my stomach and the need to burp. Will this product help? Burping does not actually relieve the symptoms. I think what I eat determines the severity of the symptoms but do not yet now exactly what foods to avoid.
