A close relative of mine takes it everyday because one of her heart vessels is to small and there is nothing she or the doctor can do about it. The side effects are horrible: sleepless nights, drowsiness, headaches, and more heart pains. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? I need to know.

I was taking Isosorbide dinitrate 30 mg bid, when refilled by different pharmacist they refilled to Isosorbie mono because that was what Dr. ordered. I was told by pharmacist that when you take bid you should use isosorbide dinitrate.
