Why is hydralazine 10 mg manufactured by heritage pharmaceutical a lager pill than the same dose manufactured by camber pharmaceutical?

I take 4 50 mg (200 mg total)of hydralazine daily. Is there any harm in taking 2 of the 50 mg pills twice daily(200 mg total)? Remembering to take 1 pill 4 times a day burdens me.

I am on 150 mg per day took double dose by accident... fingers started tingling, my finge3r tips and palms turned red and my hand ached. ankles swollen. Now ( 2 weeks later) one of my fingers is having bad joint pain. Is this all from that episode?

My hubson is takeing hydralazine,tazitia xt, tiazem,clonidine,lisinopril, this is crazy there got to be just one pill that he can take. they all dose the same thing. help don't understand why so mean pills of the same.thank you for this question page.

My 84 yr old MIL was prescribed hydra lazing for her constantly high BP. she was on it for abt 1 month and her BP dropped so low - 98/64. Her Dr took her off of it 4 days ago and her BP has not recovered.
