I have difficulty swallowing the pill. It sticks in my throat. I try to drink plenty of water and have even tried crushing it and putting it in some apple sauce. That method seems to just spread it around my throat more. I've tried taking it about 1/2 hour before bedtime and sitting upright ...

My 84 yr old MIL was prescribed hydra lazing for her constantly high BP. she was on it for abt 1 month and her BP dropped so low - 98/64. Her Dr took her off of it 4 days ago and her BP has not recovered.
