I am on what I've been told is a tiny dose (25mg) yet I am having this weird full head pressure feeling with blurry vision Is this normal? Will it go away?

What effect on dry eyes from taking letrozole?

Has anyone had a problem with their eyes while taking letrozole 2.5mg? I took the drug for 10 days and had vision blurring, sharp pain, and redness in my eyes. Also had a bad headache every day.
