I have a severe allergy to Bactrim. It causes horrific muscle and joint pain to the extent that it is extremely difficult to move. It also causes huge red welts all over my body. Is the Bactrim related to the gentamicin? Are the eye drops safe to use?

This is in a dialysis center. I would never give both together obviously if that have never had them before. However a new teammate told me that they can be mixed together in the same bag and administered. Any information is greatly appreciated.
