I was just recently diagnosed with having fibromyalgia and my rheumatologist first prescribed Cymbalta but it made my heart race really fast. He took me off that and now wants me to try Pregabalin, which I'm hoping this medication doesn't cause the same side effect.

Amitriptyline not working anymore?

Amitriptyline doesn't work for me anymore, I've taken Nytol for first time tonight instead of amitriptyline but that hasn't worked either. I don't know what to do anymore? I'm not sleeping every night until about 5am for about 4 hours.

I took it for the first time last night and again I was up all night. My legs to my feet and up to the lower back hurt from being tensed up all night. Day 2 of no sleep. Help!

Savella prescribed for fibro but need something to take with it for depression?

Is there any other drugs used with Savella. It is for my fibro but not really helping with my depression? I was on Prozac 60mg & Wellbutrin xl 300 mg. I was on that dose for many years and weaned off to start Savella.
