Pain - has anyone tried low-dose naltrexone for chronic pain?

Lexapro - I am scared all the time about my health because I have so much wrong with me.

I take tramadol daily. I just had surgery and was given oxycodone to take for a few days?

I'm taking tramadol 50mg once every 12 hours. I just had surgery and was given 5mg oxycodone to take 1 every 6 hours. How will tramadol affect the oxycodone and visa versa? Is it okay to stop the tramadol until I'm finished with the oxycodone?
