Dymista for cat allergy?

Hi, I have used Dymista for 5 days now and realise to persevere for a few months. Has this helped long term users as I am considering 're homing my cats reluctantly because I can't cope with the sinus infections every 8 weeks. Is there really hope with this product?

Have been on Dymista for 2 wks. Has worked well on sinuses and elimating cough. However afer a few days experienced low grade itch and flushing of face. Thru process of elimination {only take 1 med. for lupus and supplements,i.e. vit. cal.+E,probiotic,biotin multi-vit.} it came down to dymista.
