I think I may be experiencing a couple of the side effects mentioned - tinnitus, rapid heart beat - I am thinking of stopping using it for awhile to see if those symptoms improve, but I am not looking forward to going back to the way I used to sleep, that is waking up at 3 or 4 am unable to go back ...

I have vertigo and dizziness. When I took meclizine I had trouble breathing and I got swollen. Would Benadryl work also?
