Switched from Lexapro - Celexa. How long until it works?

So I have been through a tough time with medicines, I went through severe anxiety again lately and went to fluoxetine the first time from March-June and it gave me severe anxiety still. Then I went on Lexapro for 3 weeks (loved it) but the constipation was to much. Switched to Buspar for 5 days and I refuse to take it anymore. I just started Celexa today.Since I had SSRI's in my system. How long will this take?

How serious is this side effect in actuality? Should I be going to urgent care as it's the weekend and I can't call? My dr gave me prilosec for a question I asked about stomach pain after taking NSAIDs. Should I just take that?

I was on Celexa for several years for anxiety and depression. I was then prescribed Lexapro for another 3 years. I tried to stop taking it but each time the anxiety, in particular would return and with full force. In a difficult high anxiety situation I would get a feeling that my blood pressure was rising, I would almost feel like steam was coming out of my ears (like in a cartoon) and my temper would explode. The anxiety level on Duloxetine 30 mg daily has greatly improved. However, I have...

I was diagnosed with a major depressive episode and general anxiety about 2 months ago. My doctor started me on 20 mg of Celexa. It helped a little, but it makes it incredibly hard to focus or be motivated, which is extremely problematic as I am a university student. At my one month follow up, I was still feeling the depression and my anxiety had remained unchanged, the Celexa didn't help the anxiety at all. I also told my doctor about the inability to concentrate. He upped my Celexa to 40...

So I've been dealing with panic attacks and anxiety for about 2 years now. After a slew of different meds, i finally found Celexa at 40mg which help a lot but still had anxiety and occasional panic attacks. Long story short I developed issues with my stomach and my GI doctor put me on elavil. Didn't help with my stomach but my anxiety was pretty much gone, 40mg of Celexa and 50mg of Elavil were working great for me. However my primary care doctor doesn't like the combo and wants...
