Why should we take capecitabine within 30 min after meals?

There's a note in Micromedex & Drugs.com that Capecitabine should be taken within 30 min after meals. But there's no reason. I just want to know that.

Is there any where to get help to in getting Xeloda (capecitabine) ?

While doineg the analysis, if i used PPE(Saftey) also, some drugs may enter in to the body. it may leads to cancer (or) any harmful side effects is there, i want to know details Pls answer me.

Did taking vitamins with capecitabine make my side effects worse? I quit taking them when I looked?
