If I have high blood pressure should I stop taking Adderall?

High blood pressure runs in my family. With failed attempts at lowering it through diet and exercise, I'm considering medication. Should I stop my ADHD meds or can I take both? I'm currently on adderall 20 twice a day.

Is bladder control affected by the use of Clonidine HCL, Focalin XR or Risperidone in children?

Is shaking inside yourself normal feeling on the med vyvanse?

my 15yr old tells me he feels as if he is shaking inside. He was placed on vyvanse 30mg 1 week ago. Taken off of straterra 100mg. after being on it for 2 yrs. I'm hoping this is just a side effect that goes away and this is not one that stays with you . Any imput would be helpful. Thank you.
