I take Lamictal. Recently my psychiatrist added Saphris because I was still having mania as well as depression with suicidal ideation. I was wondering if anyone had any problems with the Saphris. I also take Xanax for anxiety. Just wanted some input.

Is anyone taking Fluoxetine and Saphris together for Anxiety, depression or bipolar? I was on 30mg of Fluoxetine and started on 5mg of Saphris (Asenapine) and my mood elevated dramatically... It scared me a bit so I lowered my dosage of Fluoxetine to 20mg and felt mush better... although my anxiety ...

MAJOR INTERACTIONS: citalopram <--> asenapine; potassium chloride <--> lisinopril; albuterol (Proventil HFA) <--> citalopram; oxybutynin <--> potassium chloride There are also quite a few moderate interactions with the medication I am taking.
