Heart irregularities - sertraline?

The reviews of sertraline seem to be so positive. Has anyone experienced any irregular heart beats? It feels like it's skipping a beat. I didn't take my sertraline yesterday and my heart was normal. I took it again today and the skips have come back again?

Anxiety - I've been on sertraline for a while and my sleep is terrible.

I was put on venlafaxine 75mg 20 days ago. I am desperate for them to work as my anxiety is so bad.

I have never suffered from anything like this before and this is my first time on meds. When will they start working to rid me of this anxiety? I asked a friend who is on the same dose and he said it was about 4 weeks for him. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sertraline - Does sertraline make you feel worse initially?

A couple days ago I had a horrible experience that only having serotonin syndrome would makes sense. What is the treatment for that and what should of been done when I went to the ER?
